Set things up once (tabs 1–3), then plan your own people in THT Schedule and outside labour in Outside Manpower. Tabs 6–7 build themselves.
Nothing is saved while you edit. A dark bar at the bottom shows how many changes are waiting. Press Review & Save to see every change in plain words, then Save changes – or Discard. Every saved change appears in the Change log at the bottom of the tab, with who made it and when.
When a project is saved as Completed, Cancelled or Not Started, its schedule after today is removed automatically (THT Schedule and Outside Manpower). Today and the past are kept.
Everyone registers on their first visit (name, position, email, contact number). The badge at the top shows your role. Admin: everything, including Setup and Settings (users and roles). Editor: fills in Projects, THT Employees, THT Schedule and Outside Manpower – every saved change is logged with their name. Viewer: view only. Admins invite people from Settings → + Add user: choose the role, then copy the invitation. Each invitation is a personal link, works once and expires after 3 days; the person signs in with their email, registers and gets that role automatically.
Setup: start date and the lists (positions, suppliers, project types). Projects: name, client, type, status and dates – only Ongoing projects can be picked elsewhere; filter by status, client, type or name. THT Employees: THT's own people and positions. To add many at once, press Download template, fill it in Excel (Employee Name + Position), then Import from Excel – you see a summary first, and it still needs Save.
Works exactly like the THT Schedule, but each line is Supplier Name + Position + Quantity. It always shows 2 empty rows at the bottom ready to fill; press + Add row for more. Fill a row's supplier, position and quantity, then give it Repeat / From / To and a Site, or single days. Empty rows are not saved. ✕ deletes a line. Clear all works the same way (with an option to delete the lines too).
Built from Outside Manpower: each supplier, its positions, and for every day which project and how many.
Pick a month: man-days per project (THT employees, outside manpower, total), a by-supplier table and full-year totals.
Export Excel downloads what you see. Print downloads a print-ready page – open it and the print window appears (choose “Save as PDF” for a PDF). For a whole month on the schedules, choose 31d first.
